All radiometric operations described in this section, are performed by the Core Processor during the transition from the data levels L1 to L2 (tasks 7 to 9 in the flowchart figure 2-1). All band- and platform-specific constants are read from tables in the AUXILIARY\CALIBRATION-directory and/or from the L1 PAR-file. We remind that tables 2-8 gives an overview of all variables with their symbols and physical dimensions.
